Is this a problem for my moms eye Shes suddenly had blurry vision and black spots in one corner of her right eye.?

To note she noticed this after a migraine attack.
She had Glaucoma surgery with lenses put in.
shes over 60

I just found out she has some kind of eye problem in that area that required eye drops some time ago.

There's no surgery for glsucoma you probably mean cataracts. A smart person would call their doctor.
