1 million volts at 1 amp vs 7,200 volts at amp, would they do equal harm to the body?

They would both push 1 amp of current through the body, same path and duration. The amperage is the same, but the 1mv supply has 1MW of energy, vs the 7,200W.

Is there much of a difference in the effects if you came onto contact with one vs the other one?
更新1:

240v at 1 amp is lethal, but 24,000v at 10ma is not. They both have the same energy though.

The human body does not have 1 million ohms resistance. If both supplies are limited to 1 amp current, they would do about the same damage, which would probably be fatal.

P=VI. The one with greater power would do greater harm.
