I'm fly. The medical marijuana laws in CA, AZ, and PA has the cheddar flowing in like they were riding on KY lube. And my customers are highly appreciative of the top quality and good price that I provide them. Business is so good that I dropped the meth from my product line.

Yes I am, I've been a wall cleaner for "Big Earl's Goldmine" here in Des Moines, Iowa for over 5 years, and I still make the exact same amount of money that I made when I started at $13 an hour.

Underpaid, underappreciated, over experienced, over trained, and too damn old.

Yes and no respectively. I've put a company under by quitting (boss agreed). Not sure that is true but I was delivering goods at 11 bucks an hour. Next up the line was delivering at 15 plus over time.
It was small business and I would have love to see it survive, it didn't.
The world will survive on small business, we need to protect them.

Most of us consider ourselves as underpaid and unappreciated irrespective of the field we are in !
