Huh? Watt's a 3-4 RDE, which in reality is a DT position. He doesn't have contain responsibility. He doesn't get double covered nor does he double cover As far as injuries, he never missed a start until the 2016 season and the prognosis of his back surgery is very good.

his shelf life is just about up, he's had too many injuries/surgeries now
plus the texans have clowney waiting to steal that edge rush position from him

Going forward, I think JJ Watt's biggest weakness will be staying healthy for an extended period of time. Back injuries are the toughest thing to recover from. However, if Watt can stay healthy, he will dominate like he did from 2012-2015.

I think pitchers and catchers have reported, so I no longer have to be bombarded about overpaid prima donnas.
