2A + 3B → C
2 moles of A reacts with 2 moles of B, i.e.
1 mole of A reacts with (3/2) moles of B.

Initial number of moles of A = 4 mol
Initial number of moles of B = 4 mol

When A completely reacts :
Number of moles of B needed = (4 mol) × (3/2) = 6 mol < 4 mol
Hence, A would not completely reacts, and B is the limiting reactant.
