IBS cramps lasting over 24 hours. No getting rid of it.?

I was diagnosed with IBS in 2013 after a couple of years of symptoms of IBS.

Usually, I get cramping then go to the toilet and the cramping eases off.
In the bad cases of this the pain has been so severe ambulances were called. However again the severe pains disappeared when I was able to go to the toilet. But afterwards still feeling vulnerable for a few days ( achy)

Since yesterday morning ive had the severe cramping.
Ive attempted to go to toilet twice. Only little amounts but my stools werent runny like they usually would be.
Im still getting cramps now.
Ive tried tablets, the toilet, there's absolutely nothing working at the moment.

Recently been having on and on flu symptoms as well. I checked my temperature yesterday as i kept shivering and my core temperature was lower than normal body temperature not overally sure what this means.

My IBS seems to hit me at the same time each year. Throughout the year I may have minor problems with it but nothing to make a song and dance about.

Ive never had it so my pains lasting longer like this one

Previously had blood in stool twice as well. Dont know if its connected.

Anyone with similar problems ?

My Doctor prescribes Meberverine for mine, this relaxes the bowel and stops the cramps. Talk to your Pharmacist or Doctor.
