I have once had a picky guest, she comes to the store several times in a week and she always stay for hours. I always treat her with patience let her be satisfied. For several times of satisfying service which pave the way that she has gradually had confidence in my service. Henceforth she always request my service. For me, though it cost me a great deal of time and effort to service only one customer, but to let customers satisfy with my service is also a challenge to me.
