Many take hormones and grow breasts and try and get a more feminine shape and some can become very convincing females that until they strip off cannot be distinguished as actually a male.

It is a term used to refer to transgender people in porn, they look like women except for their genitals. Another name for them is 'trap'. Don't use either to refer to real life trans people please.
