The Seattle judge was correct in telling the DoJ attorney there had been no arrests of nationals from the seven countries for terrorist ATTACKS but some right wing media sources misquoted him as saying there had been no arrests for terrorist activity. That would have been untrue when, for example, the Bowling Green Iraqis were arrested for exporting arms and money to terrorists. Perhaps the appeal court judges have been similarly misquoted.
