Slope of the line joining (1, 2) and (3, 6)
= (2 - 6)/(1 - 3)
= (-4)/(-2)
= 2

2x - y + 7 = 0 can be rewritten as y = 2x + 7
Slope of the line (2x - y + 7 = 0) = 2

Slope of the line joining (1, 2) and (3, 6) = Slope of the line (2x - y + 7 = 0)
Hence, the line joining (1,2) and (3,6) is parallel to the line 2x-y+7=0

y = 2x + 7
m1 = 2
m2 = 4/2 = 2

m1 = m2
Thus lines are parallel
