If you were convicted of a Sex Crime overseas say like England and you moved to the United States would you have to register here?

If you were convicted of sex crimes in England you will not be able to immigrate to the US.

You wouldn't get into the US if you are a convicted sex offender not even for a visit...same the other way around US sex offenders wouldn't get into another country

The conviction would block your application for a visa in many countries.

The first thing Immigration check is your criminal record and the sex offenders register. So you won't get out of the airport.
