Can parcels deliver twice in a day?
It's a random question I know but I need to know because it's an important delivery, my parcel was estimated to deliver today, but it hasn't come, yet the delivery man has already come. Can delivery people usually come round twice in a day?

Sometimes. And YES, the USPS can come twice as well. Usually with USPS it is a different person delivering packages. But, most likely what you were looking at was the "Expected" delivery, which is the same as "Estimated delivery". There is nothing in the language used that says "Guaranteed delivery", "Absolute delivery" or anything of that matter. When the package is out for delivery, the tracking will say "Out For Delivery". Otherwise, do not expect it that day.
