When taken to extremes they don't look too different. Extremism is the problem. Balance is the answer.
"Communism has bigger death toll than Nazi Fascism."
No sh!t you stupid cunttt! You are comparing ALL OF communism to one instance of fascism.
"Fascism is just racism on steroids."
No it's not. It amazes me how willing most people in America are to display their astounding amount of ignorance when it comes to politics and religion.
Fascism is nationalist but not inherently racist. The Italians were considerably different from the Germans on this point. In fact, if you look at the Italian fascisti of the early 1920's, the platform isn't that much different from the US Democratic platform of today, except for the nationalism. Marxism, of course, is traditionally internationalist, so you'd have to think of our Democratic Party of today as being slightly to the left of fascism but slightly to the right of classic Italian fascism. Lenin and Mussolini were, of course, initially big fans of each other except for that one difference, and both were considerably different from Hitler. It's important to remember that fascist policies in Italy eventually had to bend to Nazi pressure, but that was not the basis of fascism.
First, you have nothing to compare fascism to. There has never been and probably never will be a communist country. They may claim to start out that way, but they last about a week before becoming simply dictatorships. The only instance in history of actual communism, although it certainly wasn't called that then, was the early Christian church, in which "all held all things in common". Communism requires a commitment to morality that it is doubtful humans will ever achieve.
this is Webster's definition of fascism: "a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition". As you can see, there have been many governments like this, and this is why some in America are frightened of where Trump's thinking will lead. "Nation and race above individuals" is what currently is called "populism." Hopefully, American democracy will prevent it from progressing through the rest of the definition.
You seem to be drawing a false equivelency.
Communism and Fascism are not direct opposites. The USSR for example was both Communist AND Fascist.
The Nazis were Fascist, but not Communist, though they WERE Socialist.
They are Both Tyrannies but Communist Dictators have murdered far more of their own citizens than the Fascists did.
And those who live in Communist nations suffer from an exceptionally poor lifestyle.
They are Not opposites being that they are Both Tyrannies (Total Government) and the opposite of Tyranny is Anarchy (No Government).
Fascism and Communism only differ in the means they use to implement their tyrannies and the methods used to maintain their tyrannies.
They both go hand in hand.
