購買了居屋, 在未補地價前單位都會受到相關條例所約束:
不可以出租,
不可以再按揭,
不可以在自由出售。
但業主再購買其他的私樓就不會抵觸任何法例, 也沒有任何限制。
The answer is no.
Once you have purchased the HOS property, you are no longer subject to the income/asset requirement.
As soon as you did not falsify anything on the HOS application, you will be fine.
