How do I deactivate my Yahoo answers account?

Cuz I'm tired of ppl not answering questions on here and ppl can be jerks on here and when they r some ppl send more likes than dislikes on there answers so how do I and please don't be mean?

To delete your account go to : - https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2044.html
By deleting your yahoo account you also delete your email account.
By deleting your account you do not delete your questions and answers. They still remain except that no one can see your profile page

you cant the only way is to delete your entire yahoo account this means losing access to everything including email flickr and any other yahoo services if you wish to do this go here https://help.yahoo.com/kb/yahoo-account/closing-yahoo-account-sln2044.html please note deleting your yahoo account will not get rid of questions or answers that you have placed on this site they will remain on the site regardless if you delete or not
