this tuning is nice or ridiculous ?

Paint like that was interesting about 10 years ago. Now it seems a little dated. I would get some wheels that fit better and change the camber so the tires would last over 1000 miles.. It was probably just as nice when stock.

Legal where? Laws aren't universal. Probably not legal in california from what I hear about their ridiculous registration requirements and such. But plenty legal in lots of other places. Where I live, so long as it can pass a simple emissions test once a year until the vehicle is more than 25yrs old it's legal(after it's 25yrs old you don't even need emissions test, you can register anything older than 25yrs). It's got a license plate for Quebec, so I'm assuming it's legal enough there or they wouldn't be able to register it and get a tag for it, and they're driving around plenty in the video, so if it was illegal I'm sure a cop would notice and pull them over.

As for "nice or ridiculous" I'd say it's a bit over the top for me. Don't like the wheels much or the stance(not a fan at all of messing with the camber like that, but just lowering it is fine). Not my favorite color, but doesn't look bad.
