Can I apply for jobs at same hospital after rejection?

I applied for a job at a hospital but was not successful at interview. They said I interviewed well but they had found a more suitable applicant. I have just searched on the NHS website again and the same hospital is looking for the same job roles but different departments. Can I reapply or is it too soon? I really want to work at this hospital as it's so close to home and I do have experience I just don't want to give up. How long should I wait it it is too soon? Thanks x

reapply - YES. you'd like to think that the hospital keeps your prior application and interview on file and already sent them to the other department -- but it's a bureaucracy and counting on a bureaucracy to do anything right is chancy at best.

Yes you can in the UK, different departments have different Supervisors, so keep trying.
