Why does my yorkies stomach curve in? when I put my hands around him then go down his sides are smaller? What do I do?

Do I need to talk to the vet about this? Or is manny more yorkies like this?

Because he is at his ideal weight

Dogs should have a well-defined "waist". Nothing sounds wrong here.
