60lbs in 2 months is unhealthy that's 1lb a day or if by end of April 2/3 lb a day. That will put a lot of strain on your body.

You could do half that at a push and be healthy.

70% diet
30% exercise

If you exercise too hard your skeletal structure will suffer.
Muscles grow more quickly.
Bones take about 2 weeks to recover from a hard impact session.

There do lots of low impact cardio.

Food wise low fat protein and lots of veg, a little whole grain and a little fruit, skimmed milk and a little bit of cheese.

To track this I recommend the MY Fitness Pal app. It lets you know calories and other nutrition values and advises you of what to do. It also allows you to input exercise to estimate weight loss.

Stay hydrated.

Keep sugars to mornings and not to many carbs.

Do not to reduce calories below 1200 for ladies and 1600 for men a day or your body won't heal and exercise will become harder and harder.

If you're doing a lot of exercise, more than 60 min a day average, you will need more calories therefore you are fighting yourself.
So don't over exercise.

You will gain muscle so weight may not change as much as you want, but you can get a body fat estimate Fortnightly. Just make sure you do it a similar time of day and with similar level of hydration as that effects the readings. Hence there is no point doing it daily.

Don't set an unrealistic goal.

Good luck.

You could lose up to 24 lbs by early April (a loss of 3 lbs/wk), but 8 - 16 is more reasonable (1 - 2 lbs/wk)

Make a lifestyle change. Any "diet" you go on may help you lose some weight but you'll tend to gain it back if you go back to your previous ways. Unhealthy diets also can cause weight loss of tissue other than fat (such as muscle, especially if your calorie intake is too low). Use a site like freedieting.com to determine about what your calorie intake should be (look for the Daily Calorie Needs calculator link on the left side of their home page).

Eat a healthy well-balanced diet at least 80% of the time...keep junk food, fast food, sweets, sodas, etc to a bare minimum (the occasional treat if you feel the need). Avoid as much processed food as you can. Focus on lean protein, fruits and veggies, complex carbs, healthy and healthy fats. Keep your calories at a healthy level when working to lose fat, and go for 4 - 6 small meals/snacks a day to keep your metabolism up for longer...add to that a lot of water, and cardio exercise (shoot for at least 1 hr/day, at least 5 days a week) and you'll be on your way!

When you reach your goal, simply modify your calorie intake and/or exercise to allow you to maintain your weight instead of continuing to lose.

How to lose weight has been asked/answered here in various ways, literally THOUSANDS of times. That's why there's a search feature at the top of the page. The should be no need for anyone to type another answer to that question, because all the information is already available, if you just do a quick search.

Good luck!

Yes: Eat less and exercise. If you weigh seventy-five pounds now, it's not possible.
參考: Also have realistic weekly weight loss goals.
