請問因在2011 年交通意外被人追討賠償,已在2016年上小額錢債承諾會分期償還對方, 亦已完成賠償費用,但最近對方律師出信給我要追討賠償受傷,雖然當時是有call 白車, 但醫生報告話她冇事, 而她去警署落口供都話冇事, 宜家要索償 旅行, 補品 及 利息 6萬幾.請指点?
