Markownikoff’s rule states that :
In electrophilic addition of alkene, the more electronegative atom or group adds to the carbon atom bound to more alkyl groups.

In H-Br, Br is the more electronegative atom, and thus Br would add to the tertiary carbon atom in the cyclohexane ring. On the other hand, the H atom would add to the secondary carbon atom bound to a methyl group.

The major product is 1-bromo-1-ethylcyclohexane, i.e.
