Precipitation:
Al(NO3)3 + 3 NH3 + 3 H2O = Al(OH)3 + 3 NH4NO3
Al(NO3)3 + 3 NH4{+} + 3 OH{-} = Al(OH)3 + 3 NH4NO3
Thx
Don't Answer Me Ionic Equation Is Better !!!
更新1:

Because , as you know, NH3+H2O<=>NH4{+}+OH{-}

Al(NO3)3 + 3 NH3 + 3 H2O = Al(OH)3 + 3 NH4NO3

First, the ammonia in ammonia solution mainly exists in molecular form (since ammonia is a weak base), not "ammonium hydroxide".

Second, ammonium ion is the spectator ion. Writing ammonium ion in both reactant side & product is redundant.
The upper equation includes only compounds, which is good.
The lower equation includes both compounds & ions which is strange: if you insists writing "NH4(+) + OH(-)", then aluminium nitrate should also be written like "Al(3+) + 3NO3(-)", and the product ammonium nitrate as "NH4(+) + NO3(-)".
