What does, "Read in the name of God" means does that mean read while remembering God? Or read his scriptures? Please help.?

Reading the Bible was (before literacy became popular) reading aloud to a group of people who were listening. Your phrase means read aware that you are speaking what God would say to those listening. We are not Christians alone.

The real meaning will be known only if the person has implicit faith, unshakable belief and unflinching devotion to God. He should compulsorily have crystal clear mind and pristine pure heart. i mean his mind should not have impurities or malice hidden in different nooks and corners of his MIND.

Otherwise, there is a slight chance that he may misinterpret or misconstrue.
