When are baby birds born, when the mother bird lays the egg or when they come out of the egg?

They ussally come out after 10 days they have been born

It really all depends on the type of bird. I would suggest candling each night to see how the bird is developing.
How you candle:
In a dark room, hold a flashlight against the bottom of the egg so they are touching. Then you can see the bird developing. It is really cool, personally. Watching it grow each night.

Mama bird lays the egg and then sits on it for a while (this is a different amount of time for different birds, but it's usually a few weeks). The little baby grows inside of the egg in this time. When it is fully developed, it hatches and can move around on its own.

I would consider the hatching "birth" because that's their entry to the world.

Since eggs can be cracked and NOT hatch, the 'born' part is associated when they actually get out of the shell.

when they come out of egg. a comparison to humans is pregnant woman have an egg inside with the fetus, and when they give birth the baby is born
