明顯是要表示-現在對成績的滿意，不是收到時的滿意 - 況且滿意也不應因時間而沒變吧 ，沒理由要用過去式 – were，另從句意文法對稱的觀點來看也沒必要在現在完成式後用過去式去
除非整句變成
I received the results of my recent exams days ago, all of which were excellent.

現在完成式其中一個定義是過去發生的事情對現在產生影響或結果,即將過去與現在做連結,因此I have just received the results of my recent exams, all of which are excellent. 是正確的
