Help does this sound like a breast tumour to you?

Ok I'm 18 and recently I've realised a small smooth lump at the bottom of my left side, I've also been getting these tingly shooting feelings occasionally in my nipple which only last for a few seconds. I thought this lump could possibly be an inflammation because my left arm has some nerve damage. I'm gonna get a doctors opinion eventually but I'm just quite worried atm

What you are describing does not sound typical of breast cancer.
Your doctor is likely to find you have a fibroadenoma or a hormonal cyst.
Both are harmless but you shoild have a check up to be certain
