Current Graphics Card: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 650
I want to play games while recording without lag. Which should i upgrade? Or upgrade both? I'd appreciate it if some of you would leave links to so graphic cards/processor. I'm not looking for like the next class expensive ones. Just something that will do the job.

Both need to be upgraded, but CPU is more important for recording. Get an i7-4790 (4790K if your motherboard is Z97) and an RX 470. The reason I'm recommending Haswell over newer alternatives is because you'll be able to get a Haswell CPU without having to replace the motherboard or RAM.

see tomshardware.com online. look at the computers they build for gaming and check what fps they get with which games in their writeups. that'll give you the idea for what level of hardware you need.
