Really, I find that hard to believe. Have you enrolled with the top recruitment Agents such as Reed and Adecco, there are loads of them in the UK.
What have you done to look for work in your field?

Just take what you can find at the moment but keep on looking for jobs related to your degree.

Nobody hiring entry level accountants, try a bigger town or city.

You've checked all the job boards, and no one is hiring entry level accountants?? Seems odd to me. Here in the states, accounting is one of the hot degrees to have.
I'm an IT person, and I put my resume on the job sites - career builder, monster, and dice, etc. Find the job boards for your country & put your resume on them. Employers will then contact you.

You probably already checked them out, but there are plenty of places (think of websites etc) where you can sign up, place your resume and wait for someone (Maybe a store, a larger company etc) to send a request for your "help". You could always try. Good luck!
