Have I sized up?

I have been a D cup for over a year, I'm 15 is it likely I've sized up or down? Should I go get my bra size measured again

There is no way to know. If you bra is not too tight, covering your breast tissue, and comfortable, it is fitted well.

The is a real possibility. Girls as a rule "grow boobs" between 13 and 19. If your boobs are growing you might think about going in and getting re-fitted at least every year.
