Refer to the balanced equation for the neutralization reaction between sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid.
2NaOH + H₂SO₄ → Na₂SO₄ + 2H₂O

Mole ratio is equal to the ratio of coefficients in the balanced equation.
In the above balanced equation, the coefficients of NaOH and Na₂SO₄ are 2 and 1 respectively.
Then, mole ratio NaOH : Na₂SO₄ = 2 : 1
