Would a sagging ceiling disqualify you for UBER?

I have a 2005 Volvo S40. It's in good condition. The only problem is the sagging ceiling. I managed to fix most of it with adhesive spray, but there's this one section around the light that turns on when you open the door that the glue won't hold together. I've also tried duck tape and tacks, but they won't stay, either. Would this disqualify my car? If so, how much does it usually cost to fix this professionally?

Unless a passenger mentions it to UBER, they will never know.

Like everyone else on yahoo (with the exception of uber hr folk), I have no idea if that would disqualify you and I have no idea what an upholstery shop would charge.
