CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME REWRITE THIS??

WHEN GUEST LEAVE ANY ITEMS BEHIND AND CALL HOTEL BECAUSE THEY WANT THEIR THINGS SHIPPED TO THEM. INFORM THE GUEST THAT YES WE CAN HOWEVER WE WILL CHARGE THEIR CREDIT CARD FOR FEDEX BILL. LEAVE ALL ITEMS IN BACK OFFICE WITH A NOTE ATTACHED TO IT. I WILL START SHIPPING ALL ITEMS TO GUEST MYSELF THIS JUST MAKES INVOICING SO MUCH EASIER. THANKS!

Items left by Guests:
1. All items will be turned into the Office.
2. Attach a tag with the Guests information: Name, Address, Phone,
3. When the Guest calls to have their item(s) returned, inform the person that we can ship it, but their Credit Card will be charged for the shipping.
5. I will invoice and ship the item(s) myself.
6. Items left over 30 days will be disposed of in the manner as prescribed by law.
[I would make that "Shipping and Handling". You should also charge for packing material and the time you need to pack & mail. So calculate that as a standard fee.]

In the first place never write anything in caps like this. You can make it much shorter by saying. "Any items left in the hotel room by a guest will be returned if they supply their credit card for the FEDEX charges.'
