White bread good for gaining weight?
I workout often and ive been working on my core more recently, but i am also trying to get my weight up. I've heard white bread isnt good if you want to be cut and that it is just bad. Is it a good though if im trying to gain weight.

If you need to gain weight, eat healthy foods to do it. No need to resort to nutritionally deficient foods. If you want to eat bread to gain weight, stick with whole grain bread, which will give your body more value than empty calories.
White bread (like any carbs) will put on the weight. But it will all be fat and not muscle. Not the kind of weight you want.
It could be but it is highly processed.
