I filed my 2015 taxes last year like I was supposed to, after I filed I received a W2 in the mail for a job that I worked at 1 day, for about a 4 hour shift, I never got a check for that shift so I didn't think I'd get a W2 so I went ahead and filed. I now cant find it so do I have to add it to this year's return?

As stated by others, no, you file each year. Your claim for a refund will be processed for up to 3 years--including late or amended returns--but that doesn't technically change it to 3 years. (The IRS will estimate what you owe and if the IRS thinks you owe, will contact you long before then.)
As for the 4 hour check, rerun the numbers. If you owe, you should amend.
To get another copy of the federal copy (won't include state taxes), use GET TRANSCRIPT (online, but requires a credit card and a cell phone, both in your name) or IRS form 4506-T to request the income transcript for 2015.

Yes and No.
IF you would be getting a refund, then you have up to three years to file and still claim that refund. After three years, your refund would not be returned to you.
HOWEVER, if you fail to file and you OWED more taxes, then you would be charged late fees and fines for not filing and paying the rest of your taxes owed on time.
For a lost W-2, you can try contacting the employer. If that doesn't work, you should be able to get the forms from the IRS.

NO, you do not have 3 years to file. You are supposed to file every year. If you do not, there will be a stiff penalty and interest charged at a very high interest rate. If you can't find a W2, the IRS will redo your return and charge you for it. You won't get a copy but you will be advised and your proper refund will be sent or you will be billed for an amount due.
