Wolf like dog breeds?

Alaskan Malamute is the closest.

Czech wolfdogs and Kugshas also look like wolves, but they definitely don't behave like dogs - they're very unpredictable.

A husky "looks like a wolf" to most people. So do german shepherds, especially solid colored or sable shepherds

Genetics wise, Shiba Inu or Shiz zu. You could get a wolf/dog cross, but those are illegal in the US. Looks wise, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, Symoyed things like that.
