The answer: electron/nucleus

The other associations are correct as :
• Each “electron” carries one “negative” charge.
• “Neutron” is located in “nucleus” of atom.
• “Proton” is located in “nucleus” of atom.
• Each “proton” carries one “positive” charge.

The only wrong association the electron/nucleus. Electrons are negative charges. Only the atom has nucleos

The incorrect one is electron/nucleus.

Here's why:
there are three types of subatomic particles; protons, neutrons & electrons.
A proton is positively charged (think p, p+)
A neutron is neutrally charged (neutron = neutral or zero O)
A electron is negatively charged (e-) just think of this one as the exception to the naming game

In an atom, protons and neutrons make up the nucleus and electrons surround the nucleus in the electron sphere. I tried to attach a photo but Yahoo is experiencing difficulties. Try Googling -- "atom diagram"

Best of luck!
