Did ecstasy have the right affect on me?

I took 1 pill last night for the first time, and it was nothing like i expected. i thought it would share vague resembelence to acid and that my vision and senses would be altered, but all i felt all night was affectionate and empathetic. I didn t exactly feel like i was on a drug, because all me and my friends did all night was lie on the sofa, hugging and cuddling each other, telling each other how much we all mean to one another and how much we all love each other, when we we re expecting to have an all night rave. I did enjoy what happened, but was this meant to happen?

xtc is like that. Squiggles and cartoon shapes make it psychoactive and enormous sweeps of good feelings are part of it too

Let me ask you a question what if one of your so called friends went into cardiac arrest? Or even killed over DAD. What if it had a different effect on one person who became really out of hand and despite all your efforts you got RAPED or even KILLED? Just asking.
