Yes! We have neighbors who leave them up year round. During St. Patrick's day they turn on the green lights. On the 4th of July they only use the red, white and blue lights. I have to say, they keep the kiddos happy.

Yes. There is an old lady across our home that puts the lights on before thanksgiving them and keeps them until like Memorial day...
