Can my laptop run Skyrim?

So I just bought a 2016 HP Notebook. It has an Intel i7-7500U. 2.7GHz. 2901 Mhz. 2 cores. 4 logical processors. NOW, I have no clue what any of this means, I literally copied that from my System Information. I'm computer stupid, all I know how to do is play the game lol.

the cpu is okay to run skyrim
it will depend on what video card your uses and how much memory your computer
the video requirements for skyrim is
DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB of RAM: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon HD 4890 or higher
DirectX compatible sound card
your computer must have 4gb of memory
