could i add this card to an old PC?

I have an old dell optiplex 745, intew
l core 2 duo 6300 1.86GHz, and am wondering if i can add a low profile R7240 like done in this video (timestamp 5:40 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3XkG6GL_DM) to it? It has a 280w PSU (which i know is small, but it cant be upgraded in that specific model due to the size of the PSU. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
