We are both 21 and he is 27 . They have been together for 7 months and they are on a serious relationship .When I ask her to show me his photo she says that she wants me to meet him live but she always find a reason to postpone the meeting .

Does this guy even exist? Can you look him up on facebook? Usually you can do a simple google search with his name, town and state while getting at least some information about him to see if he is a real dude or not.
Perhaps she is embarrassed about him in some way?
It is, indeed really odd that your friend of 8 years refuses to introduce you to her boyfriend that she has been serious with for 7 months now. Why not casually ask her what she is doing this weekend and continue nonchalantly asking her in the future so that you can find out where she is going and maybe show up to see if she really is there with that guy, or not. Could he be married?
I find it absolutely impossible to believe that a 21 year old chick does not have one single selfie of herself with her boyfriend. Most young girls would flaunt her selfie with her boyfriend, with anyone who will cop a peek.
