My thing is..is it ok? It said it was edible on the box..but I read where some people had an inflamed appendix and what not...
But its like. The guava fruit I got was full of seeds..so like if I were to take them out ..I may as well throw the whole fruit away.
How can I eat this fruit?
My first time eating guava fruit and I swallowed the seeds...?

It is a fruit, it is supposed to have a lot of seeds, and yes it will be ok if you eat a seed

Yes it is fine, like eating the seeds from strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc. just a little bigger.
