Can anyone give me some advice on weight loss please?

I am female. 5'5 and 220. I am trying to lose fat and gain muscle. How many carbs should I be eating a day? How much fat? What should be my calorie intake? And how many grams of protein? I've been going to the gym and I've already lost about 10 pounds. I'm trying to make sure I'm getting the right nutrients in my diet so I can also gain muscle along the way in my arms, and and chest area.

You should weigh about 115 lbs. You can lose 10 lbs/mo with this plan: Stick to fresh fruits and veggies, salads, eggs, chicken, turkey, fish, whole grain cereals and drink lots of water. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, greasy foods, sodas, coffee or starches. Noodles, rice, potatoes, bread, muffins and all forms of pasts turn into sugar in your body. Eat only what fits in a soup bowl. And of course do some exercising.

me i just eat what i want then work it off ,waste of my time counting calories , stay active daily with workouts then its all good.
