Basically they're trying to find out if you understand the modeling industry well enough, the type of work that the agency does, and what is expected of you as a model. If so, then you use that knowledge to answer the question. This isn't a quiz - there isn't a right or wrong answer. It's to see what you do understand about the industry. If you can't answer the question, then maybe learn more about the modeling industry and the company you're applying to first.

None of us know you or why you want to be a model so we can't answer for you
Typical responses might be - you are hardworking, you are professional, you are passionate about the fashion industry, you will do anything to become successful, you are honest and loyal, you have the right face and body, you are confident, you understand how much commitment this will take, you are knowledgeable about who the top photographers/editors/makeup artists/designers are, you never give up once you have a goal in mind, you know you can book jobs and make them money, you understand the business, etc, etc
They want to know about YOU and what makes you unique. There is no right or wrong answer - it's about getting to know you, your personality, your interests, etc

You answer with what your positive attributes would be. What are your strengths, what makes you better than other models, what your goals are for your career, etc. Never use negative statements to represent yourself, and give an idea of what you know you can do to make money for the agency. If you can write at least a paragraph or two, it looks better.

This is the Theatre & Acting section. Modelling has nothing to do with either.
