The answer is: 2 g carbohydrate and 0.1 g fat

These are the hints I was given, they might help?:

"Recall that the fuel value for fat is 1 g per 10 kJ (1 g10 kJ). Consider the number of grams of fat contained in the celery stalk."

"Recall that the caloric content for carbohydrate is the total caloric content (9.0 kJ) minus the fat caloric content (1.0 kJ) and the fuel value of carbohydrate is 1 g per 4 kJ (1 g4 kJ). Using these values, calculate the number of grams of carbohydrates contained in the celery stalk."
