忘了提我是06年申請的 扣減排期後 是16歲左右..之前我的2個表哥也是跟我狀況一樣..但他們不知道有這個法案.領事館也沒幫他們辦兒童保護法這個東西..導致他們等父母拿了綠卡後再申請他們去..拖延了幾年時間.我是最近才知道這個法案的..所以這次目的是想知道是否要自己提出申請??是否當天面試時提出?
美國移民兒童保護法一問 我親戚在美國住,他門申請我家人去美國時.我還未滿21歲.但現在我已經26歲了,剩2年半就排期到我們了.我想問兒童保護法是提前去找律師辦.還是當天到領事館interview時提出申請? 然後辦理費用大約幾錢?

You will be considered under CSPA protection automatically.No additional step is required.
Note - even without detail, it is certain that you have aged out. CSPA provide a time credit based on the first petition (the difference between the filing date and the approval date). In your case, a 5-year time credit is unlikely (to be eligible for a visa, you must be under 21 with the time credit).
