Increase in temperature favors endothermic reactions.

If the (forward) reaction is endothermic, increase in temperature would shift the equilibrium to the right. This leads to an increase in equilibrium constants Kc and Kp.

It the (forward) reaction is endothermic, increase in temperature would shift the equilibrium to the left. This leads to a decrease in equilibrium constants Kc and Kp.
