Step Father won't let me watch tv?

I never watch tv so much because my brothers and step Father always conquer the tv to play PS4 . So recently, my step Father didn't let me watch tv and he told me "The bill is flooding" like what? It's not my fault. I didn't use the tv at all and they are the ones that play PS4 the whole day. I just wanna watch tv. Is it so wrong?

i dont think youre wrong for watching it, i think theyre the ones wrong for blaming you like that
