Um...ew? Why in the hell would you do this? It's going to clump up and be far too sweet to consume, but hey, if diabetic shock is how you get your kicks, knock yourself out.

Nothing is going to float as nice as whipped cream because of all that air mixed into it. Icing doesn't go ON hot chocolate, it goes IN hot chocolate and dissolves.

Yes, but it won't stay on the hot chocolate. It will sink, then melt, and all you'll have is hot chocolate with extra sugar and fat in it.

No, if I add anything, it would be hot chili's and some type of liquor.
