I have very prominent armpit fats and I ve heard from my friend that it is actually part of my boobs that leaked out, how can I fix it?

I m 15 and I m worried that the fats there is permanent, I don t know how to direct the fats back to my boobs ( the rightful place ) and I m worried it stays like this because honestly I m very worried about how it looks! Really desperate right now, thank you!
